Submit a Support Request Online

Different support and training models are available to meet the specific needs of each district, school, and/or individual using a Red-e Learner product. The following information summarizes the different training models available and how to access training.

Webinars

Periodically live webinars are offered on specific segments of the various Red-e Learner products. There are typically a limited number of seats available for a live webinar and registrations are offered through the Red-e Set Grow website on a first-come first-served basis. Webinars typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the topic and the questions submitted during the webinar session. Most webinars are recorded and later posted on the Red-e Set Grow website. To sign up for upcoming webinars or view previously recorded webinars go to the Training and Support section of the website and click the webinars link.

On-site Training

On-site training for Red-e Learner products are offered through Red-e Set Grow.
For additional information on on-site training or to schedule a training you may either submit a request through the contact section of this website or call our toll-free number 888-386-3822 and select Option 3.

Online Training

Online training is offered by Red-e Set Grow and may be scheduled to meet the requirements of your district or site. See the Training and Support section of the website and click the Online training link to learn more about online training or to book online training.

Tutorials

Tutorials include a library of different trainings or videos related to specific topics related to Red-e Learner products. Tutorials may be viewed anytime and are periodically updated based on responses we receive from the user community. Technical Support

Technical support is available Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm eastern time. Technical support is not a replacement for more in depth training but can be used to offer assistance or answers to specific questions you might have. To receive technical support call the toll-free technical support line at 888-386-3822 option 2 during normal business hours or for after-hours support complete the technical support form and click the submit button. After hours support request submitted via the web will be answered in the order received during the next business day.
